A Water Tower is an essential item if you are running a steam era layout, or even a preserved layout. These models look stunning when made and painted appropriately. 
NOTE: Due to the intense etching it is normal for some of the brick faces to fall off, just touch in with paint brush, we recommend varnishing the sheet prior to painting and handling - or by the deluxe model.
